Players start with 10x 
. They must maintain their health in Castaways or else they will need to be revived.
Health is lost in a number of ways:
will be lost every second spent in the water on islands.- Once the Hunger bar is depleted, players will start losing hearts as well.
- When the combat update is released, Hearts will be lost when other players attack.
- In a future update the team will introduce fall damage (but for now hearts will NOT be lost from falling)
Hearts are restored by depleting the Hunger bar, so have Food available to restore
