Health

Players start with 10x . They must maintain their health in Castaways or else they will need to be revived.

Health is lost in a number of ways:

• Health will start to deplete after the hunger bar empties as your character expends energy through activity.
• Fall damage will deplete a players hearts. Falling repeatedly from or once from a great enough height will result in the loss of all inventory held by your character.

Hearts are restored when the player eats Crops or Fish
