The Captain is the first NPC in the world of Castaways. He stands next to his boat in Hubs with a sign saying "Free Boat Rides" . By providing him a Compass any player can claim a free Island. Shortly after dropping you off at your new island, the Captain will abandon you to survive on your own. He has a bird that lives in his beard and is slightly taller than the player character.
